Product Pricing, Availability and Accuracy

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and as discovered, and LES JARDINS SOLAR reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Product Display/Colors

The Site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Non-Commercial Use

This Site and products sold through this Site are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers and our potential customers. Our products are not being offered for re-sale unless previous, written authorization has been provided.

WARRANTY

NOTE FOR LES JARDINS WARRANTY TERMS: Warranty for solar module and frame is ONE YEAR. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE WARRANTY, THE FABRICATION NUMBER LOCATED ON THE SOLAR MODULE MUST BE REFERENCED

General Warranty

Les Jardins Solar provides a limited one (1) year warranty from date of purchase to the original purchaser of all Les Jardins Solar products that the fixture is free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use only. Variations in color and/or finish are natural in wood products and are not covered by this warranty. Les Jardins Solar is not liable for natural aging or defects that result from negligence, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair/modification, or accidental damage of any kind.

For this one year following the date of the original purchase Les Jardins Solar will, at its option, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any piece or part proven to be defective in material or workmanship unless explicitly stated not to be covered by the warranty.

Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. To receive proper service under this warranty the original purchase receipt or invoice must be presented.

Les Jardins Solar Return Policy

Within 10 business days of receipt of goods, if you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason please notify either LES JARDINS SOLAR or the retailer from which you purchased your product. Les Jardins Solar will process your return only if claim is made within 10 days of receipt. Returns are for credit or exchange. All authorized returns will incur a 20% restocking charge, contingent upon safe return of goods. You are responsible for shipping product back to Les Jardins Solar. Please include a copy of your invoice marked ‚”Returned for Credit‚” with the product. On all orders being returned for credit, customer will be responsible to pay original freight charges, as well as the return charges back to Les Jardins Solar. Return items MUST arrive in unused/new condition in all original packaging to be eligible for credit. All returned products must pass inspection by Les Jardins Solar return team prior to being approved for credit.

SHIPPING

Our shipping methods are determined by type of item. Smaller items tend to ship FedEx. If your order includes an item being shipped FedEx as well as an item being shipped via Threshold or In-Home Delivery, the FedEx charges are in addition to the Threshold or In-Home charges. Your Cart will reflect the delivery options available for your order.

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to hotels, P.O. boxes or APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations. Please contact Les Jardins Solar contact@lesjardins.solar for more information.

Delivery within the contiguous United States.

An order is defined as one shipping method selected for delivery to one address. Order value is calculated before tax. For items that are on sale or discounted, the order value is calculated using the original price.

Local and National shipping areas are determined by proximity to one of our shipping centers.

If the delivery location is an island, there will be an additional $150 charge to Threshold and In-Home Deliveries.
