RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If there is a problem with your order, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact our Customer Care team via email at contact@lesjardins.us or by phone 1-833-JARDINS within 5 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will pay for return shipping and exchange the product free of charge. You may also choose to ask for a refund.

*For the return of non-defective merchandise, you are responsible for freight cost to ship the item back to Les Jardins. Return items MUST arrive in unused/new condition in original packaging to be eligible for credit. A 15% restocking fee applies. Please include a copy of your invoice marked “Return for Credit” with the product. All returned products must pass inspection by Les Jardins Solar return team prior to being approved for credit/exchange.
